Fine Tuner FT3, very low yellowing, fast and low viscosity "photo accelerant" for UV & Visible up to 420 nm SLA, DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3D printers
The use of Fine Tuner FT3 is ideal for increasing the print speed without causing significant yellowing to prints in Ultraviolet and Visible SLA, DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3D printers.
Its use is essential in UV & Visible SLA, DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3D printers, which do not provide the option of changing neither the light power (mW/cm2) nor curing or exposure time (seconds), because speeds up the cure and fine tunes the quality of your prints.
Fine Tuner FT3 is supplied in two versions:
- a yellowing version which at high dosage will cause some yellowing to clear finishes, and a
- non yellowing version for designing water white "clear" 3Dresyns
Fine Tuner FT3 is supplied as a kit, which contains 1 dispenser (dropper) with 60 mL of FT3, 1 measuring flask to measure exactly the minimum volume of 3Dresyns needed for fine tuning (dependant on minimum required printing volumen of individual resin tanks (vats)) and 1 empty 250 mL black bottle to mix, keep and protect fine tuned 3Dresins from day light. Please do not expose 3Dresyns to direct natural daylight or artificial room light to prevent curing.
Note: Fine Tuner FT3 is recommended for printers working with UV & Visible light wavelengths up to 420 nm (150-420 nm range). Our 60 mL dispenser of FT3 is normally used at small dosage and it is enough for fine tuning between 6-12 Litres of 3D resins. Fine Tuner FT3 tends to crystallise naturally. A gentle warming (use microwave with extreme caution) will redissolve the crystals.
