  • Biotough MF resins: ultra safe and biocompatible tough monomer free MF resins with Shore D70-90 range
    • this range of Biotough MF resins exhibits similar or even improved mechanical properties than its monomer based counterparts NextGen 3Dresyns with Shore D
    • our Biotough grades are ultra tough, reaching 110-130 MPa in flexural strength, and consequently are ideal for printing functional engineering and biomedical materials. They do not exhibit fragility as most commercial monomer based 3D resins.

  • Bioflex MF resins: ultra safe and biocompatible flexible monomer free MF resins with Shore from D60 to A10
    • on the other hand, Bioflex 3Dresyns MF (and they monomer based MB Bioflex) exhibit lower mechanical properties than their strong irritant monomer based counterparts NextGen 3Dresyns with Shore A
    • if you need flexible resins with superior tensile and flexural strength, as well as increased tear and folding endurance and do not mind using strong toxic irritant monomer based 3D resins, then explore and order our NextGen flexible 3D resins with Shore A. Their can be postcured and postprocessed with the right protocols for meeting the most demmanding biocompatibility specifications and testings
    • our 100% biocompatible flexible 3Dresyns MF "Monomer Free" are ultra safe, even as supplied in liquid form, since do not contain any irritant monomers. They have been designed to meet the highest safety and biocompatibility standards. These products are non labeled with toxic pictograms because they are ultra safe for handling, end users and disposal.
    • Bioflex MF monomer free versions are recommended for bio printing rather than for functional biomedical applications, where biocompatibility and safety of the 3D resin in liquid form as supplied is more important than the final mechanical properties of the biomedical device, since their mechanical properties are lower nad lower while decreasing their Shore A

Note: the usage of NextGen 3Dresyns with Shore hardness A -despite their strong toxic irritancy in liquid form- is recommended for Biocompatible applications where high mechanical properties are needed, since their toxicity, skin and eye irritancy as supplied will dissapear -and their biocompatibility will increase significantly- after proper postcuring and cleansing with our detailed IFU and Cleansing products

Note: this range of biocompatible biotough and Bioflex 3Dresyns are safe, non toxic, even in liquid form. They have been designed to provide the safest handling to printers and final users. There are two type of materials: standard ones with certain minor hydrophilicity (but not water soluble before nor after printing!), and our new ULWA, Ultra Low Water Absorption versions, which have very low water absorption nor water solubility.
