Our conductive additives and 3D resins can also be used for Electroforming for replacing the expensive multi step prior electrodeposition. Mandrels can be printed with our water soluble sacrificial 3D resins and dip coated in our conductive systems. After electrodeposition of metals such as gold, mandrels can be easily dissolved in water.

Note: Conductive products due to their high engineering complexity require the usage of open mode SLA, DLP & LCD printers and skillful users since conductive materials may require fine tuning to different printing and printer specifications. Low power printers cannot print highly loaded 3D resins with opaque conductive materials, such as Copper and Silver. In this case, the usage of our 3D-ADD EKC1, Universal Electro Conductive Concentrated additive for clear and colored 3D resins is ideal by itself or in combination with compatible non clear "opaque" conductive resins and additives. 

IMPORTANT: The products if stored at room temperature (<25˚C) have a shelf life of 6 months.  If stored well sealed at 4ºC in a fridge their shelf life can be extended longer. 3Dresyns cannot assume responsibility for a conductive product that has not been stored in appropriate conditions. Orders will be made to order to maximise the shelf life of the product. Their delivery time is around 2 weeks after ordering.
