Metal slurries for additive manufacturing of technical metals by injection molding
Our customised metal slurries for additive manufacturing of technical metals by injection molding are “ready to inject” resin slurries containing very high volume concentrations of micron and submicron metals such as stainless steel, titanium, Wo-Mo, Co-Cr, etc.
They have been designed for Metal Indirect Production MIP via injection molding in durable or water soluble sacrificial molds.

- very high resolution after injection in durable or water based sacrificial injection molds

- controlled and reproducible process shrinkage
- minimum expansion coefficient and wide temperature interval of debinding to prevent micro-fractures
- very high resolution of 20 microns of final products
- controlled shrinkage
