NextGen 3Dresyns is the Next Generation of 3Dresyns, which exhibit a significant improvement of mechanical properties in comparison to the state of the art technology and competitive products. The key advantages of the NextGen product line are increased toughness and foldability without breaking of even hard grades, which normally suffer from significant brittleness. Selected grades exhibit superior shattering/impact resistance.

Rigid grades even at high temperature (biocompatible)

Tough grades (biocompatible)

    • 3Dresyn TA90: Tough (Shore >A90)
      • Tougher with minor flexibility, reduced brittleness vs TA100, R190A100 and R290A100, medium/good impact/shattering resistance, non yellowing, biocompatible

    Tough & Foldable TF grades without brittleness (biocompatible)

      • Superior toughness with some increased flexibility vs TFA90 & TFA95, non brittle, foldable at relatively small thickness, with unique/excellent impact/shattering resistance, minor yellowing if over exposed to heat/light, biocompatible

    Flexible & Foldable FF grades (non biocompatible)

    * Note: Shore hardness values are relative and may be higher or lower than the declared values since Shore hardness vary significantly from printer to printer. 3D resins properties depend on the dosage of Fine Tuners FT1 and LB1 used, light wavelength, light power, exposure time, post-curing settings, time from printing until hardness readings since materials tend to get harder upon time until their properties stabilise, room temperature when making the hardness readings, specially for the flexible grades, thickness of the print, etc. Foldability also depends on the thickness of the print: the higher the thickness the lower the foldability for the same resin.
