Piezoelectric 3D resins for sensors and electronics
Our innovative custom designed piezoelectric 3D printed materials can be designed to have excellent sensitivity to incoming forces generating electric charge for energy storage devices (capacitors).
This technology has attracted increasing attention because its ultra high power density, excellent charge / discharge capability, high dielectric constant (high energy storage holding electric charge for long time) and long life time.
3D resyns slurries of up to 50% volume concentration of "lead free" powders, including niobates of alkali metals, alkaline earth materials, bismuth ferrite, piezolectric materials, such as barium titanate, can be custom designed and 3D printed by SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet printing technologies.
Different ferroelectric, magnetic, pyroelectric, piezoelectric, electro-optic, and photoelastic materials can also be custom designed to print in specific SLA, DLP, LCD and inkjet printers.
