About our SLA DLP & LCD 3Dresyns

3Dresyns

We offer a wide range of biocompatible 3D resins, colors and finishes to the SLA DLP & LCD 3D printing market, including UV/Visible lasers, LEDS and visible commercial DLP projectors and daylight LCD screen systems.  

Our bio-based and synthetic 3D resins are bio-compatible and specifically designed to fully comply with the Quality requirements for the manufacturing of medical devices (Class I, IIa & IIb of ISO13485:2016. Class III is also available upon request).

We offer a custom color service where customers can choose their desired custom RAL or NCS color.

Our wide range of physical properties, from ultra hard and tough to flexible and elastic have excellent cure speed and mechanical properties and do not need any thermal or UV postcuring. Our hard and flexible, flexible, soft and elastic resins are 100% foldable and can be twisted and stretched  without breaking. Our elastic grades have extreme elasticity and memory, recovering to their original shape after elongation.

3Dresyns BIO

We have a broad range of biocompatible bio-based 3Dresyns. The basic components of our bio-based 3Dresyns are “green” and are based on natural biological derivatives, which are functionalized to react with light.

Our bio-based 3Dresyns BIO also exhibit excellent cure speed and mechanical properties and do not need any thermal or UV postcuring.

Our SLA/DLP main 3Dresyns lines are the following:

  • 3Dresyns are functionalized biocompatible synthetic 3D resins with superior mechanical properties and printing quality.
  • 3Dresyns BIO are mainly synthetically funtionalized bio-based and biocompatible 3D resins made from renewable biological sources with very good mechanical properties and printing quality.
    • Ceramic composite 3Dresyns CC are biocompatible composite resins containing reinforcing micron and submicron ceramics for improving the performance properties, such as the temperature resistance and the mechanical properties of 3D printed products and for making injection molds for molding of thermoplastics and thermostable materials, without the need of additional processing.

    • Ceramic 3Dresyns CDP are 3D resins designed for making high ceramic content slurries of micron and submicron technical ceramics, which require high temperature processing (resin debinding and ceramic sintering) designed for making direct production of technical ceramic end use products and for making molds for molding very high melting temperature metals, thermoplastics and thermostable materials.
    • Ceramic 3Dresyns CDP-HCCS are High Ceramic Content 3D resin Slurries HCCS of micron and submicron technical ceramics, which require high temperature processing (resin debinding and ceramic sintering) designed for making direct production of technical ceramic end use products and for making molds for molding very high melting temperature metals, thermoplastics and termostable materials.
    • Metal 3Dresyns MDP are 3D resins designed for making high metal content slurries of micron and submicron technical metals, which require high temperature processing (resin debinding and metal sintering) designed for making direct production of technical metal end use products and for making molds for molding very high melting temperature metals, thermoplastics and thermostable materials.
    • Metal 3Dresyns MDP-HCCS are High Metal Content 3D resin Slurries HMCS of micron and submicron technical metals, which require high temperature processing (resin debinding and metal sintering) designed for making direct production of technical metal end use products and for making molds for molding very high melting temperature metals, thermoplastics and thermostable materials.
    • Cast 3Dresyns  are 3D resins designed for investment casting applications, including jewelry, dental and other very high detail applications.
    • Dental 3Dresyns OD are biocompatible 3D resins designed for making orthodontic and dental aligners and appliances models.
    • Otoplastics 3Dresyns OTO are biocompatible 3D resins designed for making durable hearing aid shells, ear molds, hearing protection and special headsets.
