3Dresyns for direct production of technical metals

Our Metal 3Dresyns MDP are “ready to use” resins that have been designed for Metal Direct Production MDP after dispersion of post-added micron and submicron metals such as stainless steel, titanium, Wo-Mo, Co-Cr, etc.

Metal 3Dresyns MDP have these features and benefits:

    • excellent dispersibility and flow of post added micron and submicron metals
    • the metal additions can be up to 50% volumen concentrations still with good flow
    • very high resolution 3D printing for very high detail and resolution applications
    • high print quality and speed with curing wavelengths up to 410 nm and higher upon request
    • controlled and reproducible process shrinkage
    • minimum expansion coefficient and wide temperature interval of debinding to prevent micro-fractures
    • elongation <3%
    • relative low viscosity, good flow
    • very high resolution of 20 microns of final products
    • low shrinkage
    • printable by SLA DLP 3D printers with laser, LED & DLP projectors of at least 250 mW or 2000 Lumens
    • increased durability of the resin tank
    • organo-tin free

Metal 3Dresyns MDP-HMCS are ready to print high metal content resin slurries.

These pre-dispersed high metal content resin slurries can be available upon request to adapt to specific customer requirements*:
