  • Ceramic composite 3Dresyns CC are 3D resins, containing reinforcing micron and submicron ceramics, designed for making 3D printed injection molds with very high resolution (20 microns) for molding medium and higher melting temperature plastic materials.
  • Ceramic 3Dresyns CM are 3D resins designed for making Ceramic Molds CM, after formulating high ceramic content resin slurries HCCS of post added and post dispersed micron and submicron ceramics for making ceramic molds, after resin debinding and ceramic sintering at high temperature. The final composition of the 3D printed mold after debinding and sintering is 100% ceramic and it is ideal for molding very high melting temperature materials.
  • Ceramic 3Dresyns CM-HCCS are High Ceramic Content 3D resin Slurries HCCS of micron and submicron ceramics for making molds, after resin debinding and ceramic sintering at high temperature. The final composition of the 3D printed mold after debinding and sintering is 100% ceramic and it is ideal for molding very high melting temperature materials.   • Metal 3Dresyns MM are 3D resins designed for making Metal Molds MM, after formulating high metal content resin slurries HMCS of post added and post dispersed micron and submicron metals for making metal molds, after resin debinding and metal sintering at high temperature. The final composition of the 3D printed mold after debinding and sintering is 100% metal and it is ideal for molding very high melting temperature materials. Available upon request.
  • Metal 3Dresyns MM-HMCS are High Metal Content 3D resin Slurries HMCS of micron and submicron metals such as stainless steel for making injection molds, after resin debinding and metal sintering at high temperature. The final composition of the 3D printed mold after debinding and sintering is 100% metal and it is ideal for long production runs of injection molding of thermoplastics and other high melting temperature materials.
