3D-ADD EK1 is our Electrically Conductive additive for 3D printing high conductivity materials for electronics e.g. antennas for IoT applications (HF, UHF), RFID and NFC tags, OLED, OPVs, flexible PCBs, flexible cables, etc...
It is a metallic beige paste which provides high conductivity to any of our 3Dresyns, after post curing them at relatively low sintering/curing temperatures:
  • Sintering/Curing T=120ºC for 5 minutes after 3D printig:
    • Resistivity c.30 microohm centimeter when used at 15-20% dosage above 3Dresyns solids
  • Sintering/Curing T=150ºC-200 for 5 minutes after 3D printing:
    • Resistivity <6-10 microohm centimeter when used at 2-4% dosage above 3Dresyns solids

Features:

  • Easy mixing and compatible in any of our 3Dresyns
  • High conductivity with less than 6 microohm centimeter at low dosages
  • Low Sintering/Curing T=150ºC for 5 minutes
  • High resolution down to 20-40 microns of printed devices

3D-ADD EK1 is supplied as a kit, which contains 10 or 50 or 100 grams of 3D-ADD EK1, 1 measuring flask to measure exactly the volume of 3Dresyns and 1 empty 250 mL black bottle to mix, keep and protect fine tuned liquid 3Dresyns from day light. Please do not expose 3Dresyns  to direct natural or artificial room  light to prevent curing.
