Fine Tuner FT4 Bio is a hydrophobic (Ultra Low Water Absorption) version of Fine Tuner FT4 Bio HP with similar kinetics performance. It is a 100% biocompatible accelerant additive especially recommended for increasing the cure speed of our 3Dresyns in high power (>8 mW/cm2) SLA, DLP and Inkjet 3D printers working with Ultraviolet and Visible light from 150 to 500 nm: including the far, medium and near UV range, as well as the visible range: daylight, visible lasers, LEDS and DLP projectors.
Fine Tuner FT4 Bio is 100% safe and biocompatible and does not have any risk phrases nor pictograms!

Fine Tuner FT4 Bio is ideal for increasing the print speed of hydrophobic biocompatible resin systems  in high power (>8 mW/cm2) Ultraviolet and Visible SLA, DLP and Inkjet printers and bioplotters since it is an ultra safe, not cytotoxic, ultra low water absorption 100% biocompatible material (without any labels/pictograms).
Its use is essential in UV/Visible 3D printers, which do not provide the option of changing neither the light power (mW/cm2) nor the exposure time (seconds), because speeds up the cure of your prints.
It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.

.

Note: Fine Tuner FT4 Bio is specially recommended for Ultraviolet & Visible  light wavelengths (150-500 nm range) and for high light power printers (most SLA laser based & DLP printers). Its print speed can result being too slow in low power LCD printers.
