4Dresyn ETR35 Bio, Electro-Thermo-Responsive hydrogel 3D resin printable by SLA, DLP & LCD printing

4Dresyn ETR35 Bio is a Electro-Thermo-Responsive hydrogel 3D resin.

This thermoresponsive, electrically conductive, biocompatible-grade hydrogel resin exhibits a sharp, reversible swelling change around ~32–35 °C, enabling temperature-modulated impedance for smart biosensors, micro-actuators, and soft bioelectronics. Designed for professional SLA, DLP & LCD printers and water-based handling.

Features of 4Dresyn ETR35 Bio:

• thermoresponsive matrix with reversible swelling/deswelling near physiological temperatures

• tunable conductivity; clear impedance shift vs. temperature (wet state)

• swelling (25 °C): large water uptake; adjustable by solids loading and post-cure

• mechanical tuning via crosslink density and conductive phase (optimize stiffness vs. swelling)

• high-resolution DLP features (~100 µm channels/pores demonstrated)

• water-washable/cleanable prints and vats

• organo-tin free

• compatible with most professional SLA, DPL & LCD printers; performance depends on printer power and setup

• print speed/resolution can be fine-tuned with 3Dresyns Fine Tuners

Starting printing window (guideline):

• wavelength: 390–410 nm (SLA, DLP & LCD)

• layer height: ~0.10 mm

• exposure: ~30 s/layer

• post-processing: water rinse → controlled drying → temperature-condition at target use T → post-cure per IFU

Note: Conductive products due to their high engineering complexity require the usage of open mode SLA, DLP & LCD printers and skillful users since conductive materials may require fine tuning to different printing and printer specifications

IMPORTANT: The product if stored at room temperature (<25˚C) has a shelf life of 6 months.  If stored well sealed at 4ºC in a fridge its shelf life can be extended longer. 3Dresyns cannot assume responsibility for a conductive product that has not been stored in appropriate conditions. Orders will be made to order to maximise the shelf life of the product. Its delivery time is around 3-4 weeks after ordering.
