Instead, 3Dresyns’ online platform enables organizations to manage procurement efficiently and cost-effectively, by placing orders directly through our website.

This page explains the complete 3Dresyns ordering process, including fiscal, technical and customization aspects.

General Ordering Principles

3Dresyns operates primarily through its online ordering platform
Purchase Orders (PO) are accepted by email when required
Orders are processed based on the information provided before checkout
After placing an order, invoices cannot be modified

Step 1 – Create a Customer Account

For online ordering or requesting a quotation, customers must create a customer account including all information required for invoicing.

Please ensure that:

Fiscal and shipping addresses are correct
Company name and registration details are accurate

VAT and Tax Information

European Union customers (excluding Spain) representing registered companies with valid VAT numbers validated in VIES may request VAT exemption
VAT exemption must be requested before ordering
VAT cannot be refunded after an online order has been placed, even if a valid intrastat VAT exists
European companies may request VAT exemption by email at:
info@3dresyns.com (before ordering only)
Non-EU customers: prices are VAT-free and shipments are Delivered At Place (DAP) outside the European Union

Step 3 – Product Selection and Technical Options

Select your chosen products among:

3D resins
Functional additives
Auxiliaries

Viscosity Options (HV / LV)

Some 3Dresyns are intentionally designed with relatively high viscosity to maximize mechanical performance and safety.

HV (Higher Viscosity)
- Higher mechanical properties and biocompatibility
- Higher peeling forces (FEP / PDMS adhesion)
- Recommended for printers with heating systems (>25 °C)
LV (Lower Viscosity)
- Lower peeling forces
- Slightly lower mechanical properties and biocompatibility
- Printable without heating systems if room temperature is ≥20–25 °C

Printing with heated printers is recommended for HV versions.

For a small investment (~50 €), heating units can often be installed in existing printers.

Step 4 – Printer Selection

Select your printer type and specify your printer model, including:

Multicolor LCD (older technology)
Monochrome LCD (newer technology)
DLP
Laser-based systems
Other printers using light between 200 and 410 nm

(Some products may not display this option.)

Step 5 – Printing Speed Selection (F / I / S)

Select the desired printing speed version:

F – Fast
Faster printing, slightly lower resolution, dimensional accuracy and biocompatibility, slightly higher yellowing
I – Intermediate
Balanced speed and overall properties (midpoint)
S – Slow
Improved resolution, dimensional accuracy and biocompatibility, lower yellowing

Typical exposure times:

2–15 seconds
Z-layers between 50–100 µm

Actual exposure times depend on:

Resin formulation
Printer power
Selected layer thickness

Step 6 – Instructions for Use (IFU) and Calibration

Fast & easy Instructions for Use (IFU) help determine optimal printing parameters.

If you wish to reorder exactly the same formulation as a previous order, indicate before checkout:
“Same version, tuning and specifications as lot number X”

Optional Multifunctional Customization

Some products allow online selection of additional features.

Optional Colors

Choose among thousands of 3Dresyns colors

Optional Functionalities

Add up to 4 functional additives selected from ~50 available additives

Your selected colors and functionalities will be added directly to your ready-to-print 3D resin.

Optional Curing Rate Table (CRT)

The Curing Rate Table (CRT) at 405 nm is available as an optional add-on (40 € per ordered 3Dresyn).

Benefits:

Faster identification of optimal printing parameters
Compatible with most SLA, DLP and LCD printers operating at 405 nm

Light Power Matching (Recommended)

For higher accuracy, 3Dresyns recommends using the Chitu Systems Digital UV Light Meter, selected for:

Affordability
Reliability
Spectral range of 402–407 nm (matching most printers)

If you share your exact printer light power, 3Dresyns can match your light power and measure CRT values accordingly, enabling faster and more accurate IFU generation.

Packaging and Order Consolidation

Orders containing multiple units of the same product are automatically grouped into larger bottles or jerrycans
Original bottle sizes and labels can be supplied only by prior B2B agreement
In such cases, pricing, discounts, packaging and terms must be negotiated offline
These conditions apply particularly for reselling purposes
