Exchange Process

To request an exchange, the Recipient must send a written request by email to  info@3Dresyns.com , clearly indicating the order number and the product references for which an exchange is requested.

The Company will review the request and will confirm by email whether the exchange is accepted or declined, at its sole discretion.

Exchanges are possible only if the products have not yet entered production. In such cases, the products may be exchanged for other products with the same or higher total value, subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

Once production has started, exchanges are no longer possible.
