Limitation of liability

The Company shall not be liable for its decision to reject or discontinue the supply of products or services at any time. In all cases, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total cumulative liability for any claim, damage, loss, wrongdoing, or negligence shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Recipient, if any, for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
