No Repackaging or Relabeling

All products supplied by the Company must be used, distributed, or resold by the Recipient and/or their customers exclusively in their original configuration, including the original packaging and labels provided by the Company.

Repackaging, relabeling, modification, or removal of labels is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in advance and in writing by the Company.

Any unauthorized repackaging or relabeling shall constitute a breach of the Company’s terms and conditions and may result in the suspension of supply, termination of the commercial relationship, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
