Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility
View our Greenspark impact profile →
Our priority is to reduce material waste and improve process reliability through structured formulation, calibration and workflow control. Climate contributions complement this approach — they do not replace responsible manufacturing practices.
Our sustainability priorities
- Reduce waste through structured selection and calibration.
- Improve process efficiency by matching resin, printer and workflow.
- Develop advanced material systems including bio-based and biocompatible families.
- Operate responsibly with documented safety and compliance practices.
Bio-based & Renewable Chemistry
We aim to reduce reliance on petroleum-based inputs by incorporating renewable raw materials where performance and regulatory requirements allow.
Our bio-based building blocks are derived from natural, non-animal sources and functionalized to react under controlled light exposure (SLA, DLP, LCD and inkjet).
Waste Reduction Through Structured Implementation
In vat photopolymerization, sustainability is strongly linked to reproducibility: fewer failed prints, fewer reprints and reduced exposure trial-and-error.
- Engineering-driven resin selection
- Exposure control (CRT methodology)
- Empirical mechanical confirmation (SMSP)
Climate Impact Partnership
3Dresyns partners with Greenspark to support verified environmental projects. Climate contributions complement — but do not substitute — structured operational responsibility.
Continuous Improvement
Environmental responsibility in advanced materials manufacturing requires ongoing evaluation of formulation design, processing efficiency and supply chain practices.
