Product description
3D-ADD Disper-All1 is a general usage ultra effective wetting agent and dispersant for a broad range of organic, inorganic, ceramic and metal nano and micro powders.
It is designed for wetting and dispersing powders in high concentration systems while maintaining good flow, stability and resolution. It is also intended for wetting substrates and improving intercoat adhesion.
Application framework
Designed for use with SLA, DLP, LCD & Inkjet 3Dresyns as a wetting agent and dispersant for organic, inorganic, ceramic and metal nano and micro powders.
Typical applications
- Wetting and dispersing pigments, fillers, ceramics and metals in 3D resins
- Making ultra high concentration dispersions of pigments, fillers, ceramics and metals
- Wetting substrates and improving intercoat adhesion
- High detail and high resolution 3D printing applications
Measured physical properties
- Ultra high concentration dispersions of up to 90% solids with good flow
- Optimum dosage below 10% of total resin solids for wetting and dispersing ultra high concentrated surries
- Optimum dosage below 1% of total resin solids for wetting and dispersing pigments at low dosage
- Powder additions up to 50% volume concentrations can be made still with good flow
- Relative low viscosity with good flow and long term stability

- Excellent wetting and dispersion yield, stability and flow of post added micron and submicron "nano" powders
- Very high resolution 3D printing for very high detail and resolution applications
- Slower and softer photo reactive system vs the much harder and faster 3D-ADD Disper-All2
Processing and handling performance
- Compatible with all our SLA DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3Dresyns
- Ideal for making ultra high concentration of pigments, fillers, ceramics and metals dispersions of up to 90% solids with good flow
- Ideal for wetting substrates and improving intercoat adhesion
- It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight
- Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
