3D-ADD FRC1 fire and flame resistant concentrate
Product description
3D-ADD FRC1 is a whitish fire and flame resistant concentrate for increasing the fire and flame resistance of 3Dresyns.
It is supplied as a whitish paste and can be added to most 3Dresyns to permit printing white and colored fire and flame resistant materials.
Application framework
Designed for use with most SLA, DLP & LCD 3Dresyns to increase fire and flame resistance while preserving printability.
Typical applications
- Printing white fire and flame resistant materials
- Printing colored fire and flame resistant materials
- Increasing the fire and flame resistance of 3D printed materials
Measured physical properties
- Supplied as a whitish paste
- Minor whitening effect of colored 3D resins
- Additions of 30-40% by weight are recommended to preserve printability in most SLA, DLP & LCD printers
- Compliant with UL-94, with achievable classification V-0 at dosages <30-40%
- Compliant with UNE-EN 13823, with achievable classification B-s1, d at dosages <30-40%
- Supplied as a kit containing 500 grams of the product
Functional performance characteristics
- Excellent whitish fire and flame resistant concentrate
- Permits printing white and colored fire and flame resistant materials
- It can be added to most 3Dresyns to increase their fire and flame resistance
- Under heating decomposes in solid non toxic residues and water, absorbing heat, releasing vapor and making a natural barrier against oxygen and heat
- Provides significant improvement of fire & flame resistance of 3D printed materials
Processing and handling performance
- Easy to add and mix
- Additions of 30-40% by weight are recommended to preserve printability in most SLA, DLP & LCD printers and provide significant improvement of fire & flame resistance of 3D printed materials
- It is supplied as a kit, which contains 500 grams of the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight
- Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
Chemical and safety characteristics
- Eco friendly and ultra safe
- Organo-tin free
- Halogen and phosphorus free
