Description
3D-ADD SH, are Self-Heal (SH1 Series) drop-in, dynamic covalent additives supplied in a reactive medium for SLA/DLP/LCD resins (385–405 nm). They enable post-print repair, interlayer re-bonding, and cure-stress relief at the activation temperature that best fits your application.

How to Use
- incorporation: add directly to the host resin under moderate stirring. If needed, temper to 40–50 °C for rapid homogenization
- printing: expect a modest exposure increase vs. baseline; re-optimize initial and per-layer times
- repair protocol: align surfaces and apply the activation temperature for your SH grade (see table) for 10–30 min with light pressure. For SH-RT, use room-temperature handling with local light-assist on the joint
- post-cure: follow the host resin’s standard UV post-cure

What it is: a small, complementary booster supplied with SH Series orders to help accelerate re-bonding or lower the activation temperature during your internal trials.
When to use it
- to speed up closure of fine cracks and interfaces
- to reduce activation temperature within the same SH grade window
- for light-assisted, localized repairs (especially with SH-RT and SH-60)
How to use (guidance)
- dose in host resin: start at 0.05–0.20 % (w/w) of your total resin
- do not add the entire vial at once—run A/B tests (with vs. without SHB1)
- mixing: add under stirring; if needed, temper to 40–50 °C; degas before printing
- printing impact: may require a slight exposure increase; re-optimize on test coupons
- compatibility: designed to work across all SH grades (RT/60/80/100/120)
- intended use: evaluation only; not for resale. For scaled production, request a dedicated Booster grade

Handling & Safety
Use standard PPE (gloves, goggles, lab coat) and adequate ventilation. Avoid prolonged exposure to intense light during mixing. Consult MSDS for the SH grade and for SHB1 prior to use.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store tightly closed at 15–25 °C, dry, protected from light. Shelf life: 12 months sealed.

It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product (and the booster), one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight. Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
IMPORTANT: The product has a guaranteed shelf life of 12 months, but in practice it has a longer shelf life. Its delivery time is around 3-4 weeks after ordering.
