3Dresyn Bioflex A50 MB Monomer Based
Soft flexible biocompatible monomer-based 3D printing resin (Shore A50)
Product description
3Dresyn® Bioflex A50 MB is a soft biocompatible monomer-based photopolymer resin designed for applications requiring high elasticity, soft-touch behavior and elastic recovery, while maintaining dimensional stability and very high printing resolution.
The monomer-based formulation provides enhanced reactivity, broader processing latitude and robust printability across a wide range of vat photopolymerization systems.
Intended use
Intended for professional use in vat photopolymerization (SLA, DLP and LCD) additive manufacturing systems operating in the 385–405 nm range.
Final suitability of printed parts must be validated by the user according to the specific application, processing conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
Typical applications
- Ultra-soft structural components
- Soft interfaces, cushions and compliant seals
- Elastic housings and protective elements
- Functional flexible prototypes
