3Dresyn Vitrimer 3R-D70 is a bio-based vitrimer formulation developed for additive manufacturing workflows requiring shape memory, weldability, repairability and sustainable material performance.
This transparent vitrimer system is based on a transesterifiable chemistry without epoxy and is derived from agricultural waste monomers, enabling recyclable and repairable printed parts with thermally activated network rearrangement.

Designed for use in SLA, DLP and LCD 3D printing workflows for manufacturing weldable, repairable and shape memory polymer components in controlled professional environments.

Measured mechanical properties
- Tensile strength: <4 MPa, improved 6-7 times after welding
- Flexural strength: <5 MPa(ISO 178)
- Young’s modulus: 10-15 MPa, increased up to 40× after thermal treatment
- Elongation at break: 40%, after repair: ~45-50% of original
- Shore hardness: D60-80, depending on post-curing and thermal treatment
- Storage modulus G′: ≈ 220-230 MPa

- Topology freezing temperature (Tv): 50°C
- Glass transition temperature (Tg): c. 0°C
- Thermal decomposition onset: >310°C (10% weight loss)
