Confidentiality

Online purchases and standard commercial communications are not subject to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). No confidentiality obligations shall be assumed by the Company unless a written NDA has been formally executed and signed by both parties.

If you intend to share confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information with 3Dresyns, including information related to research, development, formulations, processes, or collaborative projects, you must contact the Company in advance at info@3Dresyns.com to request and execute a bilateral NDA .

Any information, data, documents, ideas, or technical content submitted to the Company without a valid, signed NDA in place shall be deemed non-confidential and may be used, evaluated, or referenced by the Company without restriction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company shall not be responsible for the protection of unsolicited information submitted without prior agreement and expressly disclaims any obligation of confidentiality in such cases.

Use of AI and third-party language models

The Recipient shall not upload, copy, paste, or otherwise disclose any confidential, non-public, proprietary, or identifiable Company information—including but not limited to emails, reports, formulations, pricing, technical guidance, or communications— into artificial intelligence systems, large language models, or third-party data processing tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Copilot, Bard, or similar services), unless such use has been expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

The Company shall not be responsible for any disclosure, loss of confidentiality, intellectual property leakage, or regulatory breach resulting from unauthorized use of such tools by the Recipient or its representatives.

Any information exchanged with the Company, including but not limited to emails, attachments, technical data, project descriptions, or communications, shall not be uploaded, shared, analyzed, or processed through third-party platforms, software, or artificial intelligence tools without a prior written authorization from the Company. Any unauthorized disclosure through such means shall be deemed a breach of confidentiality.
