Non Defamation & Non Disparagement

The buyer (the “Recipient”) shall not, at any time, make, publish, transmit, or communicate to any person, entity, or public forum any defamatory, disparaging, false, misleading, or injurious remarks, comments, or statements concerning the Company, its business activities, or any of its directors, officers, employees, collaborators, customers (existing or prospective), suppliers, investors, or other associated third parties.

The Recipient shall not, directly or indirectly, whether publicly or privately, make or disseminate any derogatory, defamatory, vulgar, abusive, libelous, or slanderous statements, whether in writing or orally, with the intent or effect of defaming, disparaging, or damaging the reputation, goodwill, or business interests of the Company or its representatives.

The Recipient shall not assist, encourage, enable, or cooperate with any other person, firm, or entity in engaging in such defamatory or disparaging conduct. Any such assistance shall result in joint and several liability for all parties involved.

Any loss of reputation, business opportunities, revenue, or profits suffered by the Company as a result of defamation or disparagement shall entitle the Company to seek injunctive relief, legal remedies, and full compensation for economic and reputational damages, in accordance with applicable law.

The Company (the “Plaintiff”) shall be entitled to initiate legal proceedings against the Recipient and any persons or entities who directly committed, participated in, or were complicit in such defamatory or disparaging acts (the “Defendants”), where false, harmful, or unprivileged statements have been made and have caused damage to the Company.

If the Recipient does not agree with these terms and conditions, including the legal terms, the Recipient must not use this website, download any content, or order any products or services from the Company.

The Company reserves the unrestricted right to refuse or discontinue the supply of products or services at any time and under any circumstances.
