Refund & return policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of the Company’s products, refunds and returns are not accepted for products that have already been manufactured.

An exception applies only in cases where the supplied products are proven to be defective or damaged . In such cases, the affected products will be re-manufactured and re-shipped at the Company’s discretion, in accordance with the applicable damage or short shipment policy.

If the products have not yet entered production, the order may be exchanged for other products of equal or higher total value, subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable due to changes of mind, incorrect ordering, incompatibility with specific printers or applications, or failure to follow the provided Instructions for Use (IFU).
