3D-ADD HDP1 High Density Powder for increasing the density of 3Dresyns
Product description
3D-ADD HDP1 High Density Powder is a high density biocompatible powder for increasing the density of 3Dresyns.
It permits making materials with specific densities by mixing 3D-ADD HDP1 with 3Dresyns. It is supplied as a kit for measuring, mixing, storing and protecting 3D resins from daylight.
Application framework
Designed for use with 3Dresyns systems to increase density in printable composite formulations for SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printing.
Typical applications
- Increasing the density of 3Dresyns
- Making materials with specific densities by mixing with 3Dresyns
Measured physical properties
- High density biocompatible powder with calculated density c. 5.68 g/mL
- Density 5.58 g/mL
- Most 3Dresyns with densities c. 1 g/mL
- Light peach color
Functional performance characteristics
- Ideal for increasing the density of any 3Dresyns, without affecting significantly their original mechanical properties
- Printable by most commercial and professional SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printers once added to any of our 3Dresyns
- It causes whitening of 3D resins
Processing and handling performance
- Printable by most commercial and professional SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printers once added to any of our 3Dresyns
- It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight
- Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
- Calculation of desired density: % 3Dresyn A x (1/100) + % 3D-ADD HDC1 x (5.68/100)
Chemical and safety characteristics
- Biocompatible
- Ultra safe, pictograms free
- Organo-tin free
Testing & processing disclaimer
