3D-ADD IJ-STD Bio, Biocompatible Surface Tension Decreaser for photopolymer Inkjet printing resins
Product description
3D-ADD IJ-STD Bio is a biocompatible Surface Tension Decreaser for decreasing the surface tension of photopolymer Inkjet printing resins.
It is designed for use at low dosage to decrease the surface tension of Inkjet 3D resins without affecting their clarity or color.
Application framework
Designed for use with photopolymer Inkjet printing resins to decrease surface tension and increase wetting. Compatible with 100% solids, solvent and water based Inkjet 3D resins.
Typical applications
- Decreasing the surface tension of photopolymer Inkjet printing resins
Measured physical properties
- Recommended dosage is 0.1% or higher
- Up to several dynes/cm units of surface tension can be decreased with 0.1% by weight additions
- Clear liquid surface tension decreaser additive
Functional performance characteristics
- Clear liquid surface tension decreaser additive for increasing the wetting of resins
- Excellent reduction of surface tension with very low additions
- Does not affect the clarity nor the color of Inkjet 3D resins
Processing and handling performance
- Excellent compatibility and stability with 100% solids, solvent, and water based Inkjet 3D resins
- It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight
- Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
Chemical and safety characteristics
- Ultra safe and biocompatible without any safety or risk pictograms
- Safe and biocompatible
Testing & processing disclaimer
Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
