3D-ADD NSA1, non stick additive for reducing the release force
Product description
3D-ADD NSA1 is an ultra effective Non Stick Additive for reducing the adhesion and release force of 3D resins on FEP or PDMS.
It reduces the adhesion of 3D resins on the FEP or PDMS of the resin tank (vat). It is supplied as a kit for measuring, mixing, storing and protecting 3D resins from daylight.
Application framework
Designed for reducing the adhesion and release force of SLA, DLP & LCD 3D resins on FEP or PDMS in the resin tank (vat).
Typical applications
- Reducing adhesion of 3D resins on FEP or PDMS of the resin tank
Measured physical properties
- Recommended dosage: 3-5% or higher than 10% for very sticky resins
- Clear liquid lubricant
Functional performance characteristics
- Reduces tack or "stickiness" and adhesion of any 3D resins on the resin tank
- Reduces the release force needed to separate the prints from the surface of the vat during printing
- Reduces the risk of support breaking, print deformation and overall print failure
- Increases the durability of FEP and PDMS
- Improves the printability of difficult to print highly viscous and sticky 3D resins
- Does not affect the clarity nor the color of 3Dresins
Processing and handling performance
- Excellent compatibility with SLA, DLP & LCD 3D resins
- It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight
- Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing
Chemical and safety characteristics
- Safe
- Biocompatible
Testing & processing disclaimer
Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
