3D-ADD TP1 Bio is our Biocompatible Thickening Paste for increasing the viscosity of our 3Dresyns
Product description
3D-ADD TP1 Bio is a bio based thickening additive with very high thickening yield at low dosage.
It is designed for increasing the yield value and viscosity of VAM 3Dresyns and other high viscous resin systems used in printing technologies requiring high viscosity.
Application framework
Designed for VAM printing systems and other printing technologies which require high viscous resin systems. Recommended for increasing the yield value (zero shear stress viscosity) and the viscosity of VAM 3Dresyns.
Typical applications
- Increasing the yield value and viscosity of VAM 3Dresyns
- VAM printing systems and other printing technologies requiring high viscous resin systems
- Preventing hanging down of VAM prints during printing
- Improving resolution during rotation of VAM resins in Computed Axial Lithography (CAL) printers
Measured physical properties
- Very high thickening yield at low dosage (5-20%)
- 55% bio content
Functional performance characteristics
- Bio based thickening additive with very high thickening yield at low dosage
- Ideal to prevent any hanging down of VAM prints during printing
- Ideal to improve resolution during rotation of VAM resins in Computed Axial Lithography (CAL) printers
Processing and handling performance
- Ideal for VAM printing systems and any other printing technology which requires high viscous resin systems
- Recommended for increasing the yield value (zero shear stress viscosity) and the viscosity of our VAM 3Dresyns
- It is supplied as a kit, which contains the product, one graduated beaker and one empty 250 mL black bottle to measure, mix, keep and protect the 3D resins from daylight
- Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
Chemical and safety characteristics
- Biocompatible, ultra safe, without any toxic pictograms
- Bio based additive
Testing & processing disclaimer
Please do not expose any 3D resins to natural or room light to prevent their curing.
