3D Cement OCA is a light curable Opaque Cement Composite & Adhesive in tooth colors A1-4, B1-4, C1-4, D2-4 & Bleach BL1. It is ideal for cementing and gluing teeth with the most common shades of tooth colors.
This material is intended for light curable cementing before fixing veneers and as a light curable resin composite for durable dental fillings. It is a viscous non flowing paste designed for easy application and durable performance.
Application framework
Designed for light curable cementing and gluing applications in the most common shades of tooth colors. Curable with light from 150 to 420 nm (UV & Visible spectrum).

Measured mechanical properties
- High hardness, Shore hardness D85-90
- Very high flexural strength >120MPa
- Elongation at yield <3%
- High rigidity (Young modulus 2700-3300 MPa)
- Tensile strength >40 MPa

- Curable with light from 150 to 420 nm (UV & Visible spectrum)
- Excellent opacity and hiding power
- Viscous non flowing paste with no sagging or dripping out
- Very low shrinkage
- Water solubility: ≤ 1,6 µg/mm3
- Hydrophobic, ultra low water sorption ULWA≤ 32 µg/mm3

Processing and handling performance

- Easy application with a brush or spatula
- Color matching has been undertaken for postcured prints
- It is ideal to custom control the postcuring time in your light box, since each light box has different wavelength and power, until the reaching the desired tooth shade
- Too long and too powerful light box postcuring can increase a bit the darkness of translucent shades
- Do not expose 3D Cement OCA to natural or room light to prevent their curing
