3Dresyn HeatChemRes HCR1 is a heat and chemical resistant 3D resin with excellent insulating properties designed for applications requiring excellent thermal resistance, electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and long-term chemical durability.
It provides high rigidity, hardness, and dimensional stability, forming a robust and highly crosslinked network after curing. It is recommended for demanding industrial and electronic applications where heat stability, protective performance, and durability are critical.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within industrial and electronic environments requiring thermal resistance, electrical insulation, chemical durability and dimensional stability.
