Product description
3Dresyn IJ HF hard & flexible is a hard and flexible photopolymer formulation designed for professional inkjet 3D printing applications. The material is engineered to combine moderate hardness with high foldability and practical flexibility for general-purpose and functional applications.
This formulation provides a balance between structural definition and flexible response, enabling the fabrication of parts with good durability, very high resolution and reliable inkjet printability.
Application framework
Designed for use in commercial and professional inkjet 3D printing systems within industrial and product development environments for manufacturing hard-flexible parts, validation models and functional prototypes.

- Tensile strength: <10 MPa (ISO 527)
- Flexural strength: <20 MPa (ISO 178)
- Young’s modulus: <500 MPa (ISO 527)
- Elongation at break: >40% (ISO 527)
- Shore hardness: A90 (ISO 868)
Measured physical properties
- Inkjet viscosity: <20 mPas at 70ºC and <15 mPas at 80ºC
- Shrinkage: very low
- Resolution capability: very high, including printing resolution below 20 microns
- Color stability: non-settling of color
