3Dresyn IM-F-SS Bio, Solvent Soluble Flexible 3D resin for printing solvent soluble sacrificial materials with SLA, DLP & LCD Printers
Product description
3Dresyn® IM-F-SS Bio is a solvent-soluble flexible photopolymer developed for the fabrication of sacrificial structures and molds requiring controlled dissolution in non-polar solvents using SLA, DLP and LCD 3D printing technologies.
The material combines flexibility, high resolution capability and solvent-based removability, enabling complex geometries and internal features that can be easily eliminated after processing.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of flexible solvent-soluble sacrificial components for advanced manufacturing workflows.
Typical applications
- Flexible solvent-soluble sacrificial molds
- Complex internal channel structures
- Multi-material sacrificial systems
- Applications requiring deformation-assisted removal
- Auxiliary tooling for advanced manufacturing workflows
Measured mechanical properties

- Supplied in clear, cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white colors
- Bio-based from renewable resources (~80% bio content)
- Safe handling and printing
- Organo-tin free formulation
- Post-curing is not required
- Recommended printing temperature: 20–25 °C
- Typical exposure times:
- <20–25 seconds for 50 µm layers with medium power printers (4–8 mW/cm²)
- <10–15 seconds for 50 µm layers with high power printers (>10–15 mW/cm²)
- Level of printing difficulty: medium-high
Processing note
Solvent-soluble materials may swell instead of dissolve in some printing settings, especially when cured at high relative power and energy dosage such as with high power laser and DLP printers.
Testing & processing disclaimer
Material performance depends on printer type, exposure conditions, geometry, solvent system and workflow parameters. Full process validation is required for each application.
