3Dresyn® IM-S&C1 Cocoon MF Bio is a soft and crispy monomer-free (MF) sacrificial photopolymer developed for the fabrication of cocoon-type molds designed for easy manual breakage after casting of soft materials.

The material enables controlled fragmentation into soft brittle pieces, allowing safe removal without damaging delicate flexible casts.

Application framework

Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within controlled professional environments. Suitable for the fabrication of non-water-soluble sacrificial cocoon molds for soft material injection workflows.
