Printer compatibility

dark mineral-filled resins require longer exposure than clear resins
Processing guidelines
-
mixing: shake/stir thoroughly before every use to re-suspend magnetite. Keep gentle agitation for long prints when possible
-
supports: fine contact points on polishable faces; increase density for heavy parts (higher density composite)
-
cleaning: brief, efficient wash (IPA or our recommended cleaning fluids). Avoid long soaking if IPA is used
-
drying: short rest to allow solvent evaporation
-
finishing: wet sanding & polishing to mirror; matte by light blasting/micro-abrasion

feel & weight: higher density for a premium, stone-like feel

fit: allow +0.05–0.10 mm extra clearance for tight assemblies

skin contact: ensure full cure and smooth finishing for comfort
