3Dresyn Nylon-like, nylon or polyamide like
Tough semi-flexible biocompatible 3D printing resin with Nylon (polyamide-like) mechanical behaviour and ultra low water absorption.
Product description
3Dresyn® Nylon-like is a high-performance photopolymer engineered to replicate the mechanical behaviour of polyamide (nylon), combining toughness, moderate flexibility and high impact resistance while eliminating the typical water absorption associated with conventional nylons. The material exhibits semi-rigid behaviour with pliability at low thicknesses and good shape recovery. It also provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates and incorporates bio-based content from renewable sources. It is available in HV (higher mechanical performance) and LV (lower viscosity) versions for compatibility with SLA, DLP and LCD systems.
Intended use
Intended for professional use in vat photopolymerization (SLA, DLP and LCD) additive manufacturing.
Final suitability of printed parts must be validated by the user according to the specific application, processing conditions and applicable regulatory requirements.
Typical applications
- Functional engineering parts requiring toughness and flexibility
- Snap-fit components and living hinges
- Wear-resistant parts and mechanical interfaces
- Adhesion-critical components on metals and plastics
- Biomedical and food-contact oriented applications (subject to validation)
