3Dresyn® Perfect Cast HPP is a castable photopolymer formulation developed for direct investment casting applications using high power SLA, DLP and monochrome LCD printers. The material is engineered for ultra-high detail reproduction, clean burnout behavior and reliable casting performance in demanding professional workflows.

Designed for use in high power vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and monochrome LCD). Suitable for direct casting workflows using standard investment materials under controlled laboratory or production environments.

Burnout process (reference workflow)

• Insert flask in preheated oven at 200 °C
• Ramp 2 °C/min up to 550 °C
• Hold at 550 °C for 30 minutes
• Ramp 2 °C/min up to 720 °C
• Hold at 720 °C for 120 minutes
• Ramp −2 °C/min down to 640 °C
• Cast molten metal using centrifuge or vacuum casting system
