3Dresyn PP FA40 Flexible A40
Product description
3Dresyn PP FA40 is a highly flexible, elastomeric photopolymer formulation designed to provide very low modulus, extreme elasticity and excellent foldability while maintaining structural integrity. The material enables the fabrication of durable components capable of undergoing very large deformation and repeated compression cycles without failure.
This formulation is engineered to deliver an ultra-soft rubber-like mechanical profile (Shore A scale), making it particularly suitable for applications requiring maximum compliance, full surface adaptation and energy absorption.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP and LCD) within professional and industrial environments for ultra-soft, elastic and highly deformable components.
Particularly suitable for ultra-soft elastomeric printing plates where extreme compression, full surface conformity and repeated deformation cycles are required.
Typical applications
- Ultra-soft flexographic (flexo) printing plates
- Pad printing clichés with maximum conformity and ink transfer efficiency
- Soft-contact printing plates for highly irregular, curved or compressible substrates
- Relief printing plates requiring extreme deformation capability
- Soft lithography and microcontact printing (PDMS-like applications)
- Flexible plates for textiles, soft packaging and foam-like substrates
- 3D printed plates and panels
- Ultra-flexible functional components
Measured mechanical properties

- Flexural strength: <5 MPa (ISO 178)
- Young’s modulus: <10 MPa (ISO 527)
- Elongation at break: >60% (ISO 527)
- Shore hardness: A40 (ISO 868)
Measured physical properties
