3Dresyn SA1 HV Bio, Softness & Flexibility Adjuster with high viscosity for significant flexibility adjustment
Product description
3Dresyn SA1 HV Bio is a viscous biocompatible Softness Adjuster for significant flexibility adjustment of 3Dresyns.
3Dresyn SA1 HV Bio is normally used up to 5-15% dosage, or more depending on printer and rigidity specifications for certain thickness, and it is used for adjusting the rigidity and hardness of 3Dresyns with Shore below or above D80 to your personal choice.
Application framework
Designed for use in compatible SLA, DLP & LCD 3D resin systems as a softness adjuster for flexibility, rigidity and hardness adjustment.
Typical applications
- Adjusting the flexibility of 3Dresyns
- Adjusting the rigidity and hardness of 3Dresyns with Shore below or above D80
Measured mechanical properties
- Tensile strength: <30 MPa (ISO 527-1 / ISO 527-2)
- Flexural strength: <30 MPa (ISO 178)
- Young’s modulus: <1100 MPa (ISO 527)
- Elongation at break: <40% (ISO 527)
- Shore hardness: D80 (ISO 868)
- Notched Izod: 80-90 J/m (ISO 180)
Measured physical properties
- Viscosity: 6000-10.000 mPas at 23°C ± 2°C (ISO 3219)
- Shrinkage: very low
- Water solubility: ≤ 1,6 µg/mm3 (ISO 20795-1)
- Water sorption: ULWA≤ 32 µg/mm3 (ISO 20795-1)
- Residual monomer: <0.1%
Functional performance characteristics
- Foldable without breaking
- Ideal for adjusting the rigidity and hardness of 3Dresyns with Shore below or above D80
- Non brittle in a broad temperature range: at low (-20C) and high temperature (>120C)
- High impact and shattering resistance
- Durable
- Very high resolution
- Color stability: non settling of color
- Increased durability of the resin tank
Processing and handling performance
- Normally used up to 5-15% dosage, or more depending on printer and rigidity specifications for certain thickness
- Printable by most commercial and professional SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printers
- The use of 3Dresyn SA1 HV Bio is supplied as a kit, which contains one 250 grams bottle of 3Dresyn SA1 HV Bio, 1 measuring flask to measure exactly the minimum volume of 3Dresyn needed for adjusting rigidity and 1 empty 250 mL black bottle to mix, keep and protect the adjusted 3Dresyn from day light.
