3Dresyn VAM CG1 Clear Glass
Product description
3Dresyn VAM CG1 Clear Glass is a customised high glass content material for VAM 3D printers.
This material is designed for very high resolution 3D printing of clear glass parts, with adjustable glass concentration according to printer specifications and controlled, reproducible shrinkage through debinding and sintering.
Application framework
Designed for use in VAM 3D printers for fabrication of high detail clear glass parts requiring controlled debinding, reproducible shrinkage and final sintering.
Typical applications
- Very high detail and resolution clear glass applications
- High resolution VAM printing of clear glass parts
- Customised high glass content printing workflows
Measured physical properties
- Final density of 3D printed clear glass: 2.2 g/cc (ISO 1183)
- Final feature resolution of final products: 20 microns
- Final sintering temperature: 1300ºC
Functional performance characteristics
- Adjustable glass concentration to your printer specifications
- Only sold as customised product due to high technical requirements of this high glass content material
- Addition of a suitable photo accelerant and resolution-er system is required for printing in specific VAM printers
- Very high resolution 3D printing for very high detail and resolution applications
- Controlled and reproducible process shrinkage
- Excellent partial debinding in water or solvents for faster thermal debinding with less risk of micro cracking
- Minimum expansion coefficient and wide temperature interval of debinding to prevent micro-fractures
- Reproducible shrinkage after sintering
