3Dresyn VAM HDT1 Bio is a clear non colored liquid resin with high deflection temperature for VAM 3D printers.
This material is an ultra hard and rigid biocompatible photopolymer designed for durable high temperature applications and very high resolution printing workflows.
Application framework
Designed for use in VAM 3D printers for fabrication of ultra hard and rigid parts, including durable molds for injection temperatures up to 290ºC.

- Viscosity: <60.000 mPas at 23°C ± 2°C (ISO 3219)
- Density: 1.0-1.2 g/cc at 25ºC (ISO 1183)
- Refractive index: 1.50-1.52
- Shrinkage: very low

Testing & processing disclaimer
High Heat Deflection Temperature HDT 3D resins despite being rigid tend to be fragile and have a short lifetime, degrading thermally at high temperature. If durable materials with high HDT are needed it is recommended the use of machined polyimide, or injecting PolyAmide Imide PAI or other high HDT conventional polymers in metal or 3D printed molds.
