3Dresyn VAM UTFD70 Bio is an ultra tough and foldable biocompatible monomer free photopolymer for VAM 3D printers.
This material is designed to be foldable without breaking at low thickness and rigid with superior shattering resistance at medium and high thickness, providing properties similar to tough thermoplastics with Shore D70.
Application framework
Designed for use in VAM 3D printers for fabrication of ultra tough, foldable and shatter resistant parts requiring very high resolution and very low shrinkage.

- Notched Izod: >90 J/m

- Density: 1.1-1.2 g/cc at 25ºC (ISO 1183)
- Refractive index: 1.47-1.49
- Viscosity: <15.000 mPas at 23°C ± 2°C (ISO 3219)
- Shrinkage: very low
