Fine Tuner FT1 Bio is a biocompatible photo accelerant additive designed to increase cure speed in biocompatible photopolymer systems used in SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3D printing.
This formulation is a biocompatible version of Fine Tuner FT1, engineered to reduce extractables and migratables while maintaining efficient curing performance.
It is optimized for ultraviolet and visible light sources up to 410 nm, including LEDs, lasers, DLP projectors and LCD-based systems.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet) working with UV and visible wavelengths (150–410 nm), particularly in biocompatible resin workflows.
