Fine Tuner FT3, low yellowing fast and low viscosity photo accelerant up to 420 nm
Product description
Fine Tuner FT3 is a low-yellowing, low-viscosity photo accelerant additive designed to increase cure speed while maintaining optical clarity in SLA, DLP, LCD and Inkjet 3D printing systems.
The formulation provides fast curing kinetics with improved photobleaching behaviour and reduced yellowing compared to conventional accelerants. It also offers improved mixing performance at low room temperature.
Fine Tuner FT3 is a lower viscosity, slightly slower curing but optically cleaner version of Fine Tuner FT2, with extended absorption into the visible spectrum up to 420 nm.
Application framework
Designed for use in vat photopolymerization systems (SLA, DLP, LCD, mLCD and Inkjet) where increased cure speed is required without compromising optical clarity or causing significant yellowing.
Typical applications
- Increasing cure speed of clear or low-yellowing 3D resins
- Optical or aesthetic applications requiring minimal discoloration
- Improving performance of UV and visible-light printing systems
- Fine tuning cure kinetics in constrained exposure systems
Recommended use guidelines
- Recommended wavelength range: 150–420 nm
- Compatible with UV and visible light systems including LEDs, lasers, DLP projectors, LCDs, Hg and Xenon lamps
- Suggested dosage in high-power printers: ~0.1 wt% incremental steps
- Suggested dosage in low-power printers: 0.5–1 wt%
- Add progressively and mix thoroughly before evaluation
- Avoid overdosing to prevent overcure and loss of resolution

Testing & processing disclaimer
Cure behaviour, optical clarity and final part properties depend on resin formulation, printer irradiance, wavelength, exposure conditions and post-processing workflow. Optimization must be performed under real printing conditions.
Disclaimer
This product is supplied as a formulation additive for professional use in photopolymer engineering and additive manufacturing workflows. It is not a standalone printable material. Final part performance and suitability must be validated by the user according to the intended application.
This technical datasheet should be used together with the relevant processing, calibration, safety and workflow documentation available in the 3Dresyns® Resources section.
