Fine Tuner VAM FT4 Bio HP is a hydrophilic (non water soluble) version of Fine Tuner VAM FT4 Bio with similar kinetics performance. It is a 100% biocompatible accelerant additive designed to increase the cure speed of Volumetric Additive Manufacturing (VAM) resins printed via tomographic volumetric printing working with UV and visible light wavelengths from 150 to 500 nm.
The additive is described as 100% safe and biocompatible, without toxic phrases or pictograms. It is also indicated for increasing the print speed of hydrophilic biocompatible VAM resin systems.
Application framework
Designed for incorporation into volumetric additive manufacturing workflows using tomographic volumetric printing systems operating with UV and visible light sources from 150 to 500 nm, especially for hydrophilic biocompatible VAM resin systems.

Recommended use guidelines

- Suggested dosage in high power VAM printers: <0.5-1 wt% incremental steps
- Suggested dosage in low power VAM printers: <1-2 wt% incremental steps
- Increase dosage gradually to increase printing speed
- Avoid over dosage to prevent overcure and potential loss of resolution, precision and dimensional accuracy
