Thinner 3Dresyn E MF Bio, Bio based and Biocompatible Monomer Free Elastic reactive diluent
Product description
Thinner 3Dresyn E MF Bio is a bio-based and biocompatible Monomer Free Elastic reactive diluent with low deflection temperature.
Thinner 3Dresyn E MF Bio has low viscosity and excellent viscosity reduction while imparting elasticity and 100% foldability without breaking in compatible 3D resin systems.
Application framework
Designed for use as a bio-based and biocompatible monomer free elastic reactive diluent in compatible SLA, DLP & LCD 3D resin systems, once combined with more rigid resins.
Typical applications
- Reducing viscosity of compatible 3D resin systems
- Formulating elastic 3D resin systems once combined with more rigid resins
Measured mechanical properties
- Tensile strength: <2 MPa (ISO 527-1 / ISO 527-2)
- Young’s modulus: <50 MPa (ISO 527)
- Elongation at break: >>100% (ISO 527)
- Shore hardness: A50 (ISO 868)
Measured physical properties
- Low deflection temperature (ISO 75)
- Viscosity: <600 mPas at 23°C ± 2°C (ISO 3219)
- Very low shrinkage
Functional performance characteristics
- Imparts elasticity and 100% foldability without breaking
- Durable
Processing and handling performance
- Printable by most commercial and professional SLA, DLP & LCD 3D printers once combined with more rigid resins
Chemical and safety characteristics
- Bio based resin source: >60% bio content
- Ultra safe and biocompatible
- Monomer Free MF
- The use of gloves and goggles is required for safe handlling
- Avoid always contact with skin and eyes by using gloves and goggles
- Thinner 3Dresyn E MF Bio has been formulated to be safe for final users once any unreacted resin, residual and by-products are removed and cleaned from the prints.
Testing & processing disclaimer
