Ownership of contents

All content available on this website, including but not limited to documentation, instructions, protocols, technical data, training materials, images, texts, and any other materials, whether provided online or offline, is the exclusive property of the Company, as defined in the overall legal terms.

This ownership includes, without limitation, content shared through emails, conference calls, video calls, messaging platforms (including WhatsApp or similar), presentations, and any other form of communication or documentation provided by the Company.

The Recipient may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publish, disclose, or otherwise use any such content, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Company.

An exception is granted solely for non-commercial, personal, and internal use, provided that all industrial and intellectual property rights remain intact and unaltered, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, confidential know-how, and the chemical composition of products.

Any publication, disclosure, or public use of content owned by the Company requires prior written authorization. All such content must be submitted to the Company for review and, where necessary, correction and final approval before publication.

This restriction includes, without limitation, the use of the Company’s contents, communications, or documentation for training, querying, analyzing, or generating outputs through artificial intelligence systems or external software platforms, whether public or private, unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company.

The use of the Company’s logo is permitted only under the conditions specified in: Use of logo.
