Use of logo

Unless otherwise restricted by a previously executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the Buyer (the “Recipient”) grants the Company a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable right to use the Recipient’s company or organization name and logo solely for marketing, sales, financial, and public relations materials, for the exclusive purpose of identifying the Recipient as a customer of the Company.

Conversely, the Company grants the Recipient a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable right to use the Company’s name and logo solely for the purpose of identifying the Company as a supplier or provider of products and/or services.

Except as expressly stated herein, neither party shall use the other party’s name, logo, trademarks, proprietary information, or exchanged documentation, including but not limited to technical, commercial, or non-public information, without the prior written consent of the other party, as governed by Ownership of contents and the overall legal terms .

Any use of logos shall be made in a manner that does not imply partnership, endorsement, joint venture, or exclusivity between the parties.

Opt-out notice: If the Recipient does not wish the Company to use its name or logo in any marketing, sales, financial, or public relations materials, this request will be fully respected and shall not affect the supply of products or services.
