3Dresyn OD-Clear TF ULTP for ultra low temperature printing of aligners with SLA, DLP & LCD printers has these features and benefits:

- based on 4D Shape Memory Polymers SMP´s, with excellent shape memory with temperature, recovering their shape upon heating
- safe and biocompatible: only mild skin irritant before curing and cleansing
- designed for Ultra Low Temperature Printing ULTP at: 10-20ºC and higher
- very low relative viscosity (800-1000 mPas at 20ºC)
- ultra low tack and peel / separation force
- available in two versions: rigid and flexible versions for printing aligners
- rigid version: similar properties to PETG disk
- rigid version: ideal for 0.5-0.8 mm
- flexible version: similar properties to TPU disk
- flexible version: ideal for 0.6-0.9 mm
- suitable for printing flexible thin copings or Indirect Bonding Trays IBTs at 0.2-0.3 mm for placing attachments
- Shore hardness D60-70 range
- <10% stress relaxation after 1 week at 2, 10 and 20 MPa initial stress
