Benefits of our 3D printed aligners

Direct printing of aligners is more environmentally friendly than the traditional thermo vacuum forming of disks with dental models used extensively in the market today, since it creates a massive non biodegradable waste of petroleum based plastics, which are needed for their production (huge waste of aligner dental models).

Aligners can be printed with our 3D resins in 1.5 hours even in low cost LCD 3D printers, with optimum clarity, mechanical properties and resolution of even 20 microns, without the need of any expensive postcuring and postprocessing equipment. 

Our resins for aligners are made with bioplastics, from organic biomass sources, unlike conventional plastics which are made from petroleum, as the ones used for making traditional aligners.
